Fannie Lou Hamer Report Cards

Our report cards had two goals:

1. To help campaigns and committees increase their chances of winning.

2. To fuel a broader dialogue about how Democratic campaigns and party committees engage and encourage participation of voters of color.

Grades were based on the extent to which these campaign organizations engage voters of color as an integral part of campaign strategy in a meaningful and resourced way.
